1) Site Feasibility Report: Turnaround Time is 1 week after Site Visit or RingCentral Video Call.

• the site report will include:

• Legal Available Background info (background info on project: current zoning, violations, records, and feasibility of your project)

• Site description (General area, notable features, existing buildings that may affect your project)

• Grant Available Incentives toward your project. Client to file and fill grant by self.

• Building description: proposed & existing (design of the building, exterior and general interior features, materials used, functionality)

• Safety issues Recommendations (Potential violations, repairs, etc.)

• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing System (Current state of MEP.) Client must send photos of all current systems to be included in report and water/electric service size.

• Price Estimate for Construction + Soft Costs [Architectural + MEP Proposal]

• Timeline Estimate for Construction and planning.

• Conclusion of Feasibility Report: Recommendations on project feasibility.

• $1,800 payment goes towards project future payment if proceeding.

2) Schedule:

• Site visit date [IF LOCAL] will be within 2 weeks of purchased date.

• Site visit report date [IF LOCAL] will be within 1 week of Site Visit date.

3) Site Visit [video call or in person]:

• 1 in person site visit within 35 miles of Chicago city limits

• if your project is outside the 35 mile radius; the visit will be through RingCentral [Video Call] Software to be downloaded by Client.

• Timeline for site visit after purchase is within 2 weeks. Scheduled options would be provided the same week of payment.
