BLDG Projects recently completed a gut renovation to a ground floor commercial space in a Noble Square mixed-use building. BLDG Projects created a new vanilla box restaurant design to appeal to commercial tenants.
Project scope includes gutting the existing space and reconfigured the layout to create an open, airy feel. We also added new finishes and fixtures throughout, including a new HVAC system and ADA-compliant restroom. The result is a fresh, modern space that is now ready to welcome a new tenant.
