BLDG Projects recently completed the renovation design for a single family home located in East Lakeview, Chicago. Project details included interior and exterior gut rehab, converting from a multi-unit into a single family residence. Architecture and design by Chicago architect BLDG Projects.
The home features new MEP design on all three floors, refinished hardwood floors throughout, original solid wood pocket doors, enclosed yard design. Additionally the home has a entire floor master en-suite with a walk-in steam shower and soaking tub. The basement was converted to 1-bed apartment. Each floor has separate HVAC.
